Job summary

API Heat Transfer seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift fabrication operations at our Iron Ridge facility, supporting production across CNC, laser, brake press, and welding. This hands-on leadership role requires driving safety, quality, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise a skilled team, manage staffing, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to meet schedules and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on fabrication experience (CNC, laser, brake press, welding).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 1st shift with overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production to meet schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinate workflows across fabrication equipment and processes.
• Coach, mentor, and manage welders and machine operators.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.
• Monitor KPIs and drive quality improvements and Lean initiatives.
