Position Summary

The Production Supervisor for E-Gaming is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the machine production line. General supervisor tasks include training, direction, assistance, appraisals, and discipline of assigned production associates.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Supervising hourly associates and overseeing daily production schedule on electronic/mechanical assembly.
  2. Organizing, planning, assigning, instructing, and directing the daily tasks of production employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with quality.
  3. Processing all equipment returns, repair orders, warranty credits, and credit memos.
  4. Collecting serial numbers of all products from customer orders and maintaining serial number collections.
  5. Collaborating with the material management team to ensure proper raw materials, WIP, and finished goods availability.
  6. Working with the cycle count team to ensure inventory accuracy and with the finance team on annual physical inventory.
  7. Maintaining and enforcing department standards including time study, safety, and regulations, driving continuous improvement, teaching productivity techniques, and monitoring progress.
  8. Processing RMA in a timely manner, issuing credits, and managing service parts.
  9. Conducting performance management of line associates, including appraisals, reviews, discipline, and training.
  10. Working closely with HR to interview, hire, and cross-train new reports.
  11. Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to a 6S standard.
  12. Enforcing company safety policies and compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
  13. Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs assemblies.
  14. Knowledge of Office 365.
  15. Being a team player.
  16. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Experience and Education
  1. 5+ years of experience supervising 10+ direct reports in an electronic/mechanical assembly environment.
  2. Understanding of production planning and process flow in manufacturing.
  3. High attention to detail, quality control, and continuous improvement.
  4. Leadership, mentoring, or coaching training is a plus.
  5. BS/BA in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred.
  6. ISO 9001 experience or training and/or Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma preferred.
  7. Experience in inventory and information control.
