Job Description

One (1) First Shift and One (1) Second Shift Weekend Supervisor Positions are available. These roles will supervise production shifts, monitoring attendance, and performance evaluation of operators, packers, and line coordinators. They are responsible for evaluating and implementing production schedules on weekends.

What You’ll Do

• The Supervisor will work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 12‑hour shifts.
• Supervise a team of Machine Operators, Production Operators, Waste Management Operators and Janitors.
• Work closely with other departments regarding production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards; resolve problems.
• Meet production financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Evaluate the functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment and employees.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal (OSHA) codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3‑5 years of relevant production experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge: Regulatory requirements, especially those governing the food/dairy industry; understanding of attendance and disciplinary systems.
• Skills: Ability to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Practices; high level of interpersonal skills; proficient computer skills (Microsoft applications).
• Abilities: Work with all departments and maintain a safe/healthy working environment for all employees.
• Supervisory Scope: Reports to Operations Manager; Direct Reports: NA; Indirect Reports: NA.

The base pay range for this position is $69,100 to $96,740 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
