Qualitrol in Fairport, NY seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead a team on the C Shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM), enforce production schedules, and coordinate with procurement for material readiness.

This role reports to the Plant Manager and supports cost, delivery, and schedule goals. Qualified candidates will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills and familiarity with

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing software/tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules and specs.
• Lead, train, and motivate production workers; foster a positive environment.
• Monitor quality; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols; perform regular safety inspections and trainings.
• Identify efficiency improvements; lead Kaizen and continuous improvement efforts.
• Track materials and finished goods; coordinate with procurement for availability.
• Maintain production data records; prepare reports for Plant Manager.
• Address production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate goals and changes clearly between management and staff.
