Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Production Supervisor for the third shift (10pm–6am) at the Sinking Spring, PA site. You will oversee assembly, forming, processing, treating and packaging activities, directing staff and ensuring production plans meet quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2 years of relevant production experience, and at least 1 year of leadership. Travel between sites is minimal; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English.
• 2 years of relevant production experience.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production to meet specifications, schedules, costs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales for schedules and resource allocation.
• Plan and lead line maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Assign and schedule work to meet production targets and respond to interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety and employment laws.
