Abbott is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Sturgis, MI. You will coordinate the production team to meet shift goals, develop staff through training, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced nutrition manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience involving people leadership, operational execution, or quality/safety oversight in manufacturing/production/logistics.
