OPW Propane Energy Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm–1:00am) to lead production teams toward safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a Lean environment. You will coach employees, drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, and partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve performance.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production with team leadership, experience with ATM/Shop Floor
The Production Supervisor (2nd shift schedule is Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 1:00am) plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This position is responsible for leading production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives while developing employees, promoting accountability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with a passion for continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values teamwork, embraces change, and is committed to developing diverse talent.
