The Job:

As a 2nd Shift (M-F 3:00pm – 11:30pm) Production Supervisor you’ll be part of our Manufacturing Operations team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:

• Lead all aspects of operations including safety, quality, delivery, cost, & people. This position will be critical to leading the 2nd shift day-to-day operations team to work in a safe manner while delivering quality parts to customers using cost efficient methods.
• Lead team of 60+ members in all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality, delivery, & cost.
• Coordinate production plan by scheduling & assigning team members based on priorities to ensure achievement of all company & department goals.
• Partner with HR to maintain staffing expectations and sufficiently cross-train team to meet production requirements.
• Develop & maintain standard operating procedures for production team.
• Lead training of team members in functions including safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and material movement.
• Maintain effective communication with a pre-shift & post-shift handoff to ensure seamless transitions.
• Maintain an open-door policy with team members, providing continuous feedback & development opportunities.
• Support all safety policies and lead by example.
• Lead & maintain good housekeeping & 5S on assigned shift.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred. Injection molding experience a plus.
• Computer skills consisting of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
