Job summary

Koch Foods Inc. is seeking a supervisory leader for our production team in Alabama. The role focuses on coaching the team, maintaining safety, and ensuring efficient scheduling to keep the production area running smoothly.

You will motivate staff, uphold food safety programs, and drive engagement through positive leadership while handling all standard supervisor duties. A Bachelor degree is preferred and experience in plant operations is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
