Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Flexo Printing department.
• Serve as a highly skilled, hands-on operations champion focused on safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Improve efficiency of manpower and materials while maintaining safety as the top priority.
• Monitor operational performance through company reports and key metrics.
• Lead shift meetings, determine performance standards, and drive accountability to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Assist in evaluating current and proposed systems, procedures, and workflows.
• Recommend changes when necessary and assist in the implementation of new processes.
• Play a significant role in short- and long-term planning initiatives focused on operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning strategies to ensure schedule attainment.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues with contingency planning.
• Perform all employee management functions in accordance with company policies.
• Foster and maintain a favorable, harmonious working relationship with employees.
• Train, coach, and mentor associates, supervisors, and other direct reports.
