Sortera Alloys in the United States seeks a Production Supervisor to lead, plan, organize, and direct daily production activities. This working supervisor will collaborate closely with the crew to resolve issues and maintain steady operations.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity by enforcing methods and procedures, coaching staff, and monitoring performance. The role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Job description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production activities for Markle operations and solving issues as they arise. This position is a working Supervisor who will be working side by side with their crew.

Work Schedule

2nd Shift: 2 p.m.- 10 p.m.

3rd Shift: 10 p.m.- 6 a.m.

Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime according to business needs.

• The buildings are heated during the winter, but conditions could be cold in the winter & hot during the summer.
• The processing areas are dirty & wet at times. Processing facilities/ areas are dusty.
