We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Bessemer manufacturing facility, a fast-paced environment that produces packaging solutions used by customers across multiple industries. This is an opportunity for a leader who is comfortable on the production floor, enjoys mentoring employees, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help solve problems when equipment or processes need attention. Schedule Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM This leadership role requires flexibility. Supervisors are expected to arrive before the start of the shift to prepare for daily operations and remain after shift end to ensure a smooth transition and communication handoff with the incoming team.
