Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor with poultry experience for a growing food company near Carthage, NC.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity while mentoring staff.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, plus a 10% tri-annual bonus and relocation assistance.

Relocation if needed and 6th and 7th day pay when required are included.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in poultry production.
• 1+ years production supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor others.
