As a Production Supervisor, you will lead frontline manufacturing operations and hourly production teams to safely deliver daily production goals while maintaining Hershey’s high standards for quality, food safety, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in coordinating production activities, coaching employees, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient plant performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
