Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a production role.
• At least 1 year of leadership or group lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency in production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in using production management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000, depending on relevant experience, technical expertise and qualifications.
