Highly Marelli USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead team leads and technicians in daily manufacturing operations, directing efforts to meet productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale targets.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with familiarity in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, control plans, and data analysis.
Under general supervision, the Production Supervisor is responsible for various activities of team leads and operations. Organizes and directs subordinate groups performing manufacturing functions and is responsible for conducting positive employee motivational programs while ensuring the maintenance of all company quality and production goals.

The incumbent must:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) required. A minimum of 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership or supervisory experience, is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, project management, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologies. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and statistical analysis tools is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and engineering software to support manufacturing operations. Ability to analyze production and quality data, develop process documentation, manage engineering projects, prepare technical reports and presentations, and utilize problem-solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing tools. Proficiency CAD software, and statistical analysis tools is preferred.
