Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor in Princeton, KY for the First Shift. This full-time, on-site role leads production workers, assigns daily tasks, and ensures targets and schedules are met to keep lines running smoothly.

You will coordinate production workflows, monitor equipment, uphold safety protocols, and partner with other departments on continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred in manufacturing/industrial technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in production/manufacturing; 1–2 years in supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • ERP (SAP) experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all production processes.
  • Conduct training and development programs for new hires and existing staff to maintain skill levels.
  • Lead and collaborate with other departments to participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Important Details

Full-time, on-site role on First Shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.

The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $ 76,200.00 - 114,200.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.

For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

Eligibility and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment, with at least one to two years in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • ERP (SAP) experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
