• Monitor employee performance and make sure they stay on task.

• Submit weekly reports to Operations Manager.
• Track attendance and overtime.
• Using ERP system to verify and correct job hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Using ERP system to draw correct materials for current and upcoming jobs.
• Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
• Work with the team to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Make sure team knows the schedule and they have all tools to stay on track.

Job Summary
