Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for its food manufacturing facility in Oceanside, California. The role focuses on managing daily production schedules, staffing, and ensuring safety and quality standards on-site.

You will supervise and develop production staff, monitor efficiency and costs, and collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with production KPIs, cost control, and quality management.
• Ability to work on-site and flexible hours as needed.
