Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Lead for our South Onondaga sand and gravel operation in New York. You will lead daily quarry and plant activities, coordinate teams, and drive safe, efficient production to meet targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring crushing, screening, and conveying performance, partnering with maintenance to minimize downtime, and maintaining accurate production and shift reports while upholding MSHA safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in aggregates/mining or heavy industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to manage crews in a high-production quarry environment.
• Ability to interpret production data, identify trends, and make real-time operational decisions.
