Patrick Industries, Inc. in Mount Joy, PA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for a team of about 20.

This role balances shop floor leadership with planning, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate production schedules, monitor performance, and serve as the liaison between production, customer service, and shipping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading employees in manufacturing or production.
• Experience supervising production personnel, scheduling work, and daily operations.
• Experience in printing, corrugated packaging, laminating, or converting preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality, and safety principles.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships.

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Mount Joy, Pennsylvania facility. This role is responsible for managing production output, quality, safety, scheduling, and employee engagement across a team of approximately 20 production employees. The ideal candidate is a practical manufacturing leader who can balance shop floor presence with operational planning, helping drive production performance while developing a strong, accountable team.

This opportunity is well suited for a Production Supervisor ready for the next step or an early-career Production Supervisor looking to expand their leadership scope. • Utilize business systems and production tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and scheduling platforms, to support operational planning and execution.
• Support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a practical, hands-on approach to manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications And Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supervising production personnel, scheduling work, and managing daily operations.
• Experience in printing, corrugated packaging, packaging manufacturing, laminating, converting preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, quality, and safety principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build positive employee relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and spending significant time on the production floor.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including ERP or production scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on leadership with operational planning responsibilities.
