We are looking for:

The Production Supervisor manages and directs operations and shift maintenance workforce to achieve safety, environmental, quality and production objectives.

  • Ensure day-to day operational compliance with all safe work practices
  • Manages and directs operations and shift maintenance workforce to achieve safety, environmental, quality and production objectives
  • Coordinates production efforts to meet schedule requirements
  • Motivates, coaches and develops subordinates to achieve high performance work team
  • Familiarization with all equipment and processes in Unit to become an effective trouble-shooter, work with operators and maintenance to develop this skill while developing an effective trouble-shooting team.
  • Develop effective working relationships across a broad range of functional groups
  • Manages the group to control costs at budgeted levels
  • Collect, document and present all critical details
  • Participates in incident investigations

You will bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in chemical manufacturing supervisory background (5-10 years of experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED is required; Some college or technical training applicable to plant operations is desirable
  • Process Safety Management experience is required
  • Technical knowledge and proven ability to lead chemical plant unit operations
  • Ability to support and influence change, continuous improvement and detailed problem-solving
  • Skilled in coaching and team-development
  • Working knowledge of Google applications (Gmail, Drive, etc) & MS Office Programs
  • Working knowledge of SAP is preferred

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $118,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
  • Training platform for all employees
  • Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)

This position is on a rotating shift schedule
