Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Lexington, KY is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our production team on the 1st shift. You will hire, train and manage entry level workers, drive daily productivity and quality, and maintain inventory control while upholding safety standards and OSHA compliance.

This hands-on management role requires strong leadership, the ability to set goals, and the flexibility to start within two weeks of an offer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
