Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of 5 or more full-time employees within a designated Business Unit. This role is central to fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture through effective leadership, clear communication, and personal example. The Production Supervisor trains, guides, and develops team members—both professionally and personally—while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This position reports to the Plant Operations Manager.

A successful candidate will possess knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and resolving day-to-day operational issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide daily leadership, coaching, and mentorship to production team members with a focus on individual growth and team cohesion.

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND PROFICIENCIES:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.

Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent.
