Job summary

You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, overseeing training, ensuring adherence to quality standards, tracking performance, and maintaining inventory and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities with a hands-on approach.

• Familiarity with Excel and basic computer systems.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of production staff.
• Assign daily tasks and oversee training and development.
• Hold team members accountable to ATTC's quality and production standards.
• Maintain a balanced focus on quality, productivity, safety, cost, and morale.
• Track and report performance measures using visual controls and regular updates to management.
• Achieve production goals and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment.
• Perform and document accident investigations.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and manage timekeeping/attendance.
• Understand all steps in the production process to effectively train team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced manufacturing and assembly environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
