Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a shift-level safety and process reliability professional to own the 5-Why root-cause investigations and administer the safety program across the production shift. You will lead safety training, conduct shift meetings, inspections, and incident follow-up.

You will also generate accurate shift documentation, including SAP Production Reports and SPC charts, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance across our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety initiatives on a manufacturing shift.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using structured methods.
• Strong data reporting skills for shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the 5-Why program for root-cause problem solving.
• Administer the WESTLAKE Safety program on the production shift level; including training, meetings, inspections, reporting and follow-up.
• Prepare accurate shift reports and paperwork (Data pass, SAP Production Reports, SPC charts).
