Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Production Supervisor in Heath, OH to lead our plant operations team in a fast‑paced environment. You will guide daily production, coach staff, and drive productivity, quality, and teamwork.

We value strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required; a college degree is a plus.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently while fostering strong communication and accountability across departments.
