Job summary

Tolomatic, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations at our Minnesota facility. This on-site role runs Monday through Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., focusing on safe, high-quality, on-time production with an engaged team.

You will develop staff, drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
  • Four or more years of manufacturing experience.
  • Two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily assembly operations to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time production.

  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Production Supervisor
Work Arrangement: On-site Monday – Thursday, 12:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

The Production Supervisor leads daily assembly operations by developing people, improving processes, and delivering safe, high-quality, on-time production. This role builds an engaged, accountable team while ensuring operational goals are met for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
