Maker's Pride in Boise, Idaho, seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all production and packaging activities on assigned shifts. You will direct a 40–70 person team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with procurement and maintenance.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance coaching, and enforcing GMP and 5S. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.
B Shift M-W 6pm-6am M-Th 6pm-6am
Responsible for all production and packaging activities as required to safely produce quality products with the most efficient use of labor and materials on the appropriate/scheduled shifts and lines.
Knowledge of: Maker's Pride procurement, products, and production processes
Knowledge and experience with SAP

Experienced in Continuous Improvement and or Lean Manufacturing.

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

(3) Three - (5) Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with Food and/or Packaging Manufacturing experience a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
Proficient in SAP
