Job summary

Wolverine Advanced Materials, an entity of Center Rock Capital, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production area with emphasis on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You will set expectations, coach operators, and ensure procedures are followed to maintain an audit-ready environment.

You will manage labor and shift flow, apply lean principles to eliminate waste, and collaborate with other shifts to drive continuous improvement while upholding accountability and a safety-first

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years related supervisory experience.
• Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and technical instructions.
• Strong problem-solving ability using data, observation, and root cause thinking.
• Willingness to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends as required.

Wolverine Advanced Materials produces and sells performance-critical, specialty elastomer-coated metals used in gaskets for automotive & industrial applications; automotive brake noise insulators and NVH (noise, vibration & harshness) damping solutions for automotive.

What You Will Lead

As a Production Supervisor at Wolverine, you are responsible for your area’s performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

You will:
