Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Production Superintendent for the Valdosta, GA area to lead a 2nd shift poultry production team with kill-plant experience. The position offers relocation assistance if needed and a competitive compensation package including a 15% bonus.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in poultry production and 3+ years in supervisor roles, with strong leadership and solid MS Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in poultry production.
• 3+ years production supervision experience.
• Poultry Kill experience required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift production operations at the Valdosta, GA site.
• Lead and develop the production team to meet safety, quality and output targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job description

A growing food company located near Valdosta, GA is currently searching for a Production Superintendent with kill plant poultry experience.

This is a 2nd shift position.
