Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. This position is responsible for leading production teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment, driving performance, developing employees, and achieving operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.If you're a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring teams while solving complex operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you.**Your Day-to-Day:*** Lead daily manufacturing operations, product quality, and raw material management across multiple production lines.* Plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities to maximize equipment utilization and operational efficiency.* Monitor operational metrics and performance indicators, including labor utilization, material usage, machine downtime, and production costs.* Partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement sustainable process enhancements.* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing, process, and personnel challenges while implementing corrective actions.* Lead and develop Production Supervisors and their teams, promoting safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency* Plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities to maximize equipment utilization and operational efficiency.* Serve as a key member of the leadership team, working closely with engineering, maintenance, and other teams to run production and solve problems* Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate leadership to support strategic goals and operational excellence.* Coach and mentor employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and growth**What You Bring to the Team:*** Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or relevant field with a minimum of 5 years operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
