Job summary

Jobot in Fredericksburg, PA seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for 2nd shift, leading a team of 40–50 employees in a high-volume poultry plant. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency, manage daily targets, and implement Lean/TQM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct 2nd shift production supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure product quality, yield optimization, and efficient labor utilization.
• Monitor and report production metrics (efficiency, downtime, yields).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing and TQM.
• Enforce compliance with HACCP, GMP, USDA, OSHA, and internal standards.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate HACCP documentation and production records.
• Supervise, train, and develop 40–50 employees.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and attendance.
• Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and physically demanding environments
