Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years relevant professional experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy with primary strength in MS Office.
  • Flexible availability with frequent evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all functions of Production Stage Manager for assigned programming.
  • Work alongside Production Managers to guide programs into rehearsal.
  • Develop and maintain stage management guidelines for multiple disciplines.
  • Organize and conduct bi-annual resume submissions for freelance stage managers.
  • Advise divisions on hiring freelance stage managers.
  • Partner with staff on mentorship of Apprentice Stage Managers.
