  • May be responsible for supporting departmental training efforts.

Job description

As a Production Specialist at IDEXX, you perform a variety of production / manufacturing tasks in support of the day-to-day operations in one or more production / manufacturing work-centers. You will be responsible for producing a high quality product and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be a key contributor at one of the largest veterinary diagnostic companies in the world, joining a fast-paced work environment that encourages teamwork, quality, and offers opportunities for personal growth.

In this role:

May perform one or more of the following:

  • Perform a variety of production / manufacturing tasks in support of the day-to-day operations in one or more production / manufacturing work-centers.
  • Gathers, analyzes and reports on data.

  • Analyzes, develops and implements process changes to provide improvement in work flow, operational procedures and other related business areas.
  • Participates in projects to implement initiatives; identifies project opportunities; generates ideas and solutions.

  • May lead work activities of others, coordinating daily activities and providing training, coaching and guidance.
  • May be responsible for supporting departmental training efforts

Schedule:
  • The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • The shifts and hours may vary slightly depending on business needs.
