Job summary

Adecco is hiring Production Specialists in Fort Atkinson, WI to support two key areas: Physical Assembly and Precision Soldering. Depending on experience, you may be placed in a hands-on assembly role or a precision soldering role using microscopes.

Both positions require reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written work instructions in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay of $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or soldering experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions.
• Assemble components related to scales, sensors, and indicators.
• Operate production equipment and hand tools (drills, crimpers, soldering tools, wiring machines, etc.).
• Perform quality checks using gauges and test equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report quality or material issues.
• Keep work area stocked and organized.
