Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a Production Specialist to help sort, inspect, and stock donated items while upholding safety policies. This role offers a fast-paced environment in our thrift processing facilities and requires reliability and attention to detail.

You will price items for the sales floor, collaborate with supervisors to meet production goals, and complete a background check as required. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

• Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job.
• Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work is a plus.
• Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing is a plus.
