Job Description

Lead the charge in transforming LEGO's injection molding operations, driving safety, quality, and innovation while developing a high-performing team in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

• This position will start with a general administrative shift (8 AM to 4 PM) until the manufacturing site completes the ramp-up stage. Afterwards, it will transition to leading the 2nd shift schedule, which will be a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule.

Do you have what it takes?

A degree or technical training in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Automation is desired. Experiencein manufacturing operations, preferably within injection molding or highly automated environments.

Must have:

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $84,674.00 - $127,010.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
