FTI is seeking a Production Scheduling Supervisor in El Paso to lead the site scheduling team, translate the production plan into sequenced, time-phased tasks, and partner with production, procurement, demand planning, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth flow and on-time delivery of Excellerate.

The Production Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for leading the site scheduling team in developing and maintaining detailed shop floor schedules that translate the production plan into sequenced and time-phased tasks for manufacturing operations. This role works closely with production, procurement, demand planning, materials, and logistics teams to ensure the efficient flow of production orders, minimize downtime, and support on-time delivery of Excellerate.
The Production Scheduling Supervisor will maintain the Master Production Schedule and focuses on short-term scheduling execution, resource balancing, and real-time adjustments to maintain operational alignment with production goals.
The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently and precision matters.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 4–8 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or master production schedule maintenance. Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
