Job summary

Employnet Workforce Management is seeking a Production Scheduler to ensure conformance with the master production schedule, optimize inventory levels, and maintain rigorous configuration control across programs.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and QA to secure materials, issue work orders, track shortages, and drive continuous improvement to meet production requirements and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• CPIM basics completed or pursuing CPIM certification.
• Experience with production planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule.
• Coordinate material requirements and BOM validation.
• Advise management on WIP status and material availability.
• Schedule and expedite material movements to meet shipping dates.
• Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering and Inventory Control.
• Identify inventory issues and drive cost-reducing improvements.
