Job summary

Flint Group Packaging Solutions in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a shipping supervisor to schedule incoming orders and finished goods, and to generate daily shipping plans. You will communicate backlogs to the field and work with Customer Service, Sales, and Production to balance customer needs and production priorities.

Ideal candidates have lead or supervisor experience, a high school diploma, strong safety awareness, and proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Cover vacations as needed in Shipping/Receiving and for Materials Manager
• Work with Materials Manager for accurate inventory control
• Work with Production Manager to communicate customer needs and set batch priorities
• Maintain schedule adherence or communicate divergences to Operations Manager, Customer Service, and Sales
