Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to generate engineering data, including drawings, work orders and material travelers for production.

You will assist sales with labor cost estimates and help the manufacturing manager with scheduling issues. In this role you will maintain drawing files, enter job orders into the timekeeping system for cost tracking, and generate reports on work orders.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

• Generates and approves all drawings, work orders and material travelers needed for manufacturing.
• Enters and maintains all job orders into time keeping system for job costing.
• Receives all work orders into inventory.

• Assists inventory control when required.

• Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience
