Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Custodian for FreshPoint Bix Produce. You will maintain a clean and safe production area, assist with sanitation routines, and help manage waste and cleaning tasks across shifts.

The role requires standing 8+ hours, ability to work in cool conditions, and lifting up to 50 pounds. No prior experience is required, and you will join a large, safety-focused food distribution team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work in cool, wet conditions (35–45°F).
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Keep production area clean and free of debris.
• Clean and sanitize production lines between products.
• Run dishwasher and maintain sanitation.
• Assist in cleaning, trash removal and waste handling.
• Restock GMP supplies in the production area.
