Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Frisco, TX is seeking an entry-level Production Roller for full-time hours. The role involves moving priced merchandise from production to the sales floor, stocking areas, and maintaining inventory flow.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with shoppers, answering questions or directing them to appropriate staff as needed.
• Meet or exceed hourly production goals for pricing and merchandise output.
• Provide general support to the production area as needed.

The Production Roller plays a key role in supporting store operations by ensuring a consistent flow of merchandise from the production area to the sales floor. This position is responsible for rotating, rolling out, and stocking priced merchandise and produce in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Work Environment

• This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
• Work is performed in both the production and retail areas of the store.
