Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned operations resource planner for our SST group in Renton, WA. You will manage resource requests for SST personnel and lead integration with Production IE teams to ensure seamless production support.

You will develop detailed resource plans, create labor estimates, and oversee crew cycling while analyzing the impact of changes on cost, schedule, and delivery. You will participate in negotiations to support schedule commitments with Production and Tooling Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math.
• 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 2).
• 6+ years in engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 3) preferred.
• 3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years experience working in a team environment.
• 3+ years experience with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.
• 3+ years experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the SST Operations organization by managing resource requests for SST personnel.
• Lead integration efforts with Production IE teams.
• Prioritize incoming requests for production support.
• Develop resource plans and create labor estimates.
• Manage crew cycling schedules.
• Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events.
• Assess the impact of changes to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
• Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments.
