Enfield Farms, Inc. in Lynden, WA is seeking a Light Weight Case Packer to inspect raw product for foreign material and defects, visually inspect packaging, and pack finished product.
You will erect cases manually and mechanically, and maintain a clean work environment while adhering to GMP and food safety policies. The role requires following detailed work instructions, verifying codes, loading packages, and ensuring proper sealing and square packaging.

This position is responsible for:
Frequently works in extreme cold (non-weather), in wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Works in areas that require ear protection and/or other PPE. The worker is subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, vibrations, working on mezzanines, and exposure to chemicals.
The Light Weight Case Packing position is considered moderate work. This position requires repeated lifting of 5-7 LBS of weight throughout the entirety of the shift lasting 8 or more hours. Occasionally lifts up to 40 pounds or more. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, or talk or hear. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Environment is quick paced and repetitious.
Here at Enfield Farms, safety is a priority. Hearing protection is required at all times within the operating facility. Be cautious around all machinery and keep extremities and PPE clear of moving belts. Further, adhere to all warning signs throughout the facility and warnings directed by staff members. Be cautious of transportation units such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and trucks when on premises.
