Job summary

Seaboard Solutions is seeking a Software Developer with strong C# and ASP.NET MVC skills to design, develop and maintain production systems. You will work from business requirements to detailed technical designs and collaborate on data modeling and testing.

The role emphasizes agile practices, testing, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). You will contribute to a production-ready codebase with a focus on reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3-5 years related experience in software development.
• Experience turning business requirements into technical design for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Take business requirements and develop the total technical design for assigned mid-sized projects.
• Apply working knowledge of databases to ensure proper usage in production systems.
• Follow established processes, standards and policies to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct appropriate test reviews on assigned projects and present findings.
• Participate in daily stand-up, iteration planning and other meetings.
• Write clean code with proper tests and comments when necessary.
