Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to transform mission and business questions into governed data pipelines, analytics, and decision-support apps. You will work hands-on with Python, SQL, PySpark and enterprise platforms like Army Vantage and Palantir Foundry.

You will partner with mission owners, data stewards, and platform teams to deliver production-ready data products, dashboards, and workflows that enable timely, trusted decisions. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering with enterprise-scale pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex mission questions into data solutions and MV analytic products.
• Active Secret clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, profile, clean, and integrate structured and unstructured data from enterprise sources.
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics products using Python, SQL, PySpark.
• Develop dashboards and workflows using Vantage/Foundry or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and MVPs.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and security across solutions.
