Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network seeking a Production Quality Engineer to own product performance for critical sub-assemblies. You will drive defect reduction, define validation methods, and collaborate across Inspection, Supplier Quality, and Engineering to ensure a no-defect mentality.
The role requires consolidating quality across mechanisms sub-assemblies with tight tolerances and high-precision parts, in a shift schedule that supports a 24/7 production environment.

The Leo Manufacturing Quality team is driven to deliver high-quality product lines while maintaining a fast production rate. This position will join the team at an exciting moment, with an opportunity to directly own the quality outputs of some of our critical sub-systems.
As a Production Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to own product performance for some of the most critical sub-assemblies of the satellite, delivering creative solutions to reduce defects, and planning to prevent defects using technical quality skills.

Split Shift 4x10 (Day, Night Split)
SUN-WED - Day ( 10 AM to 8 PM)
WED- SAT -DAY ( 10 AM to 8 PM)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
