Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Production Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across the product lifecycle, focusing on L11 component quality and rack-level systems. You will collect and analyze quality metrics, drive CAPA initiatives with suppliers, and provide post-sales quality support to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include collaborating with global production operations, establishing quality-focused teams, and ensuring standard practices across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a corporate environment, with solid product promotion experience in hardware components preferred.
• Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills are valued.
• Experience working with CAPA processes and supplier quality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and control quality/reliability of key components (Memory, Storage, CPU, GPU) at the customer side.
• Manage quality control procedures to improve product quality.
• Coordinate with LAB and engineering teams to improve component error detection and support root cause analysis.
